Service Terms

1. Order process

  • Service orders are placed through a form that directs to WhatsApp.
  • Order data will be stored in the database and sent to the client’s and admin’s email as proof of order.
  • After placing an order, the client will receive an automatic contract sent via WhatsApp and manually for review and approval.

2. Revisions & Changes

  • The number of revisions depends on the package chosen by the client. Revision packages can be found on the /pricing page.
  • If revisions exceed the limit, the client will be charged an additional fee based on the revision category:
    • Minor Revision: Small changes such as text or color adjustments.
    • Major Revision: Large changes such as redesigning pages or modifying structures.

3. Work Duration

Estimated work duration based on service type:

  • Website Development: Depends on the selected package, website type, and desired features. Price and estimate information is available on /pricing.
  • Article Writing: Generally 1-3 days, depending on the number of words ordered.
  • Advertising Services: Initial setup of Meta Ads or Google Ads usually takes 1-7 days, depending on campaign complexity.

4. Delays & Consequences

  • If delays occur on Meja Daring’s side, the client is entitled to compensation in the form of:
    • A refund based on the delay duration, or
    • Additional minor features as compensation.
  • If delays occur on the client’s side (e.g., failing to provide content on time), then:
    • The work schedule will be adjusted to the next available queue. If the client was initially first in line, they must wait for an open slot before work can continue.
    • If the client does not want to wait, a full refund will be given, except when work has already started, in which case a refund will be provided based on the remaining unfinished work.

5. Service Deliverables

  • For advertising services, results are not guaranteed as they depend on platform algorithms, marketing strategies, and the client’s budget. Meja Daring is not responsible if the ads do not achieve the expected results.
  • For website development, the client will receive full access to the website and cPanel upon project completion.

For article writing, the client obtains full rights to the purchased articles and is free to edit, publish, or resell them.

Digital Products

1. License & Usage

  • Each digital product sold on Meja Daring has different licensing terms, depending on the product. License information can be found in the product description.
  • Available license types:
    • Personal License: For personal use only; cannot be used for client projects or resold.
    • Commercial License: Can be used for client projects but cannot be resold unless stated otherwise in the product description.
  • Some products, such as WordPress themes and plugins, may require a license key/token for activation and updates. However, not all products have this mechanism.

2. Product Modification

  • Some products can be modified by the client, with certain limitations. If modification is allowed, this information will be stated in the product description.
  • If modification is permitted, the maximum modification limit is 30% of the original product, while retaining certain essential elements.

3. Support & Updates

  • Meja Daring provides technical support for each purchased digital product for 30 days after purchase. Support status can be viewed on the order details page.
  • All purchased products will receive free updates if a new version is released.

4. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued if the client is dissatisfied, except in the following cases:
    • Meja Daring provided incorrect information in the product description.
    • The product description was unclear, leading to the client purchasing an unsuitable product.
    • The client must provide proof of error, including screenshots, purchase date, and video evidence.
  • No refunds will be issued if the client purchases the wrong product or is unable to use the product. A user guide will be provided to assist clients in understanding product usage.

5. Refund Procedure (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are only granted if the error is on Meja Daring’s side, not due to the client’s unilateral decision.
  • Clients must submit a refund request with proof of Meja Daring’s fault, including screenshots, purchase date, and video evidence showing the issue.

Once verified, refunds will be processed in the form of a refund or store credit, depending on the applicable policy at that time.

Data Security & Privacy

1. Data Collected

Meja Daring collects the following data when customers use our services:

  • Name
  • Email
  • WhatsApp Number
  • Transaction Amount

All financial transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways, and Meja Daring does not store financial data such as credit card numbers or bank account details.

2. Data Usage

Customer data is used for the following purposes:

  • Order Processing – Ensuring that purchased services or products are properly delivered.
  • Marketing – Meja Daring may use WhatsApp and email to send promotions, product updates, or important information.

3. Third-Party Data Access

  • Meja Daring uses third-party services such as payment gateways and web analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.), which may collect certain data according to their privacy policies.
  • Meja Daring is not responsible for how third parties handle customer data. Customers are advised to review the privacy policies of third-party services they use.

4. Data Security Measures

Meja Daring implements the following measures to protect customer data:

  • SSL Encryption to secure communication between users and the server.
  • Access Restriction – Only authorized admins have access to customer data.
  • No storage of sensitive financial data.

5. Data Breach & Notification

  • If a data breach occurs due to Meja Daring’s negligence, affected customers will receive an official notification via email or WhatsApp.
  • If the breach is caused by third parties, Meja Daring is not responsible but will attempt to inform customers if any data exposure is detected.

6. Customer Rights Regarding Their Data

  • Customers may request the deletion of their personal data (name, email, WhatsApp number) by contacting Meja Daring via email or WhatsApp.
  • Customers must verify their identity before data can be deleted.

Transaction data cannot be deleted as it is required for financial records and auditing purposes.

Dispute Resolution

1. Dispute Resolution Process

  • For digital products, all claims related to refunds or product discrepancies will be processed according to the Digital Product policy.
  • For service-based disputes, clients must provide objective explanations regarding dissatisfaction based on the initial agreement in the contract.
  • Disputes will first be resolved through direct communication (mediation) between Meja Daring and the client.

2. Arbitration & Legal Action

  • If mediation does not result in a solution, both parties may opt for arbitration (third-party mediation) before resorting to legal action.
  • If arbitration fails, the dispute will proceed through legal channels under applicable laws.

3. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indonesian law.

Any legal disputes will be settled in Indonesian courts.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. Ownership

  • All products, services, content, portfolios, and materials provided by Meja Daring are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of the products, services, content, portfolios, or materials without prior written consent from Meja Daring.
  • For website development services, clients will receive full access to the website and cPanel once the project is completed and full payment has been made.
  • For articles written by Meja Daring, clients receive full rights to the purchased articles and are free to edit, publish, or resell them.

4. Violations & Consequences

  • If unauthorized use is detected, Meja Daring reserves the right to terminate services, suspend licenses, or take legal action as necessary.

In cases of theft, copyright infringement, or unauthorized redistribution, Meja Daring may seek compensation in accordance with Indonesian law.
